Project engagements

Actual client work is always governed by an individually signed agreement — a statement of work or services contract — which takes precedence over anything written here. In every engagement, unless the signed agreement says otherwise:

• Delivered code, documentation, and infrastructure configuration belong 100% to the client on payment.
• Quotes marked as fixed are honored at the quoted price for the quoted scope.
• Confidential information shared with us stays confidential, NDA or not.

No warranties for site content
